I couldn’t do this in 5 seconds, but I do always give double checks priority when sorting among a choice of checks- they are often incredibly powerful, and in this case a quick mate is the result:
1. Nf7 Kg8
The beauty of the double check is that the king must be moved- no other options….

Nf7 Nh6 Checkmate
White has a R + P less. There is no point regaining material with,say,Nc6 or Nd7 , as this would still leave Black in a winning position. So a decisive move is needed – and that move is Nf7+.
