2nd Danzhou GM Chess Tournament

The 2nd Danzhou GM Chess Tournament will take place in Danzhou, Hainan, China on 14th – 24th May 2011. This is a 9-game round robin event, with top 10 Chinese players competing. The time control is 90 minutes for the whole game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one. Draw offer is not allowed before 30th move.
Women’s World Champion Hou Yifan is also participating. Last year the tournament was won by GM Bu Xiangzhi.
