Sections: Open (FIDE & USCF Rated), Reserve (U1800), Booster (U1400), Unrated (non-USCF only). 5/SS all sections.
2 or 3 day schedules available in Open/Reserve/Booster sections. Unrated section is 2-day schedule only.
Scholastic Saturday and Scholastic Sunday! Two separate 1 day tournaments, 5/SS. K-9 and U1200 only.
Prizes: Open ($$G): $1,500, $800, $500, U2400 $200, U2200 $200-$100, U2000, $200-$100
Reserve ($$G): $600, $300, $200, U1600 $150-$75
Booster: ($$G) $350, (B/35) $200, $100, U1200 $75, U1000 $75
Unrated (B/20): $150 + Trophy, $100, $50
Scholastic: Trophies to 1st-5th, 1st K-6, 1st K-3 ea. day and top total score (both days).
Entry Fees: Open: $79, Reserve $49, Booster $35, Unrated $25 (each section if by 1/23). GMs, WGMs, IMs Free
Late Fees: Additional $10 if after 1/23. Additional $20 if after 2/16 or at site.
Scholastic: $15 for either day or $25 for both days. Late Fee: $5 fee if entry after 2/16 or at site.
Registration: USCF Membership required for all sections except for unrated section.

2-Day Schedule: Sat. (Reg: 8:30-9AM) Rds @ 9:30AM, 1:30PM, 6PM. Sun. 9AM, 2PM.
Rounds 1-2 of 2-Day – G/90, Rounds 3-5 for all – G/90+30sec. increment
Scholastic schedule (Sat. & Sun.): Rounds: 9:30, 10:45, 1, 2:30, 4:00 each day. All games G/30.
*Up to 2-half point byes available upon advanced request.
Side Events: U.S. G/15 Championship – Sunday @ 6:30PM, 6SS. EF: $39. Add $10 if after 1/23, additional $20 if after 2/16 or at site. Prizes: $$400-200-100 (B/50) U2400, U2200, U2000, U1800, U1600, U1400, U1200: $100 each, unrated: $50
GM Lectures @ 3:30PM on 2/23 (Yermolinsky) and on 2/24 (Khachiyan). $25 EF. – max 25 attendees each.
GM Simuls @ 6:30PM on 2/23 (Khachiyan) and on 2/24 (Yermolinsky). $25 EF. – max 25 participants each.
Hotel: Hilton Homewood Suites – ABQ airport, 1520 Sunport SE. $71/Night – rate available by 2/1/12 or until block has been filled. Hotel will host simul/lecture on Thu., 2/23.
