Hello Everybody,
I was invited to and attended the 1st LDS Business College (LDSBC) Chess Club Chess Festival on 02/19/2013 First LDSBC CHESS FESTIVAL at LDS Business College 95 North, 300 West Salt Lake City, Utah.
It was alive with a Bobby Fischer movie, over 15 chess players of various strengths playing (slow games, speed games, bughouse, etc.), teaching, conversing, and more. Hope LDSBC Chess Club has another Chess Festival; this was fun! Credit and thank yous to the LDSBC club officers, members and LDS Business College supporters who organized, helped and ran this event!!!!!
The LDSBC Chess Club meets regularly in the very nice Commons room on campus, on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday starting at 4PM till 5PM or later when the college is in session. Glad the LDS Business College Chess Club helps college & community chess in Utah and the Intermountain West.
