SUNDAY, JANUARY 20th, 2008 FLORENCE CIVIC CENTER Route 9, Northampton, MA (take Cosmian Avenue to the civic center parking lot) PRIZE FUND $560 (based on 30 entries – thats 75% of the mailed entry fee rate!!) Entries paying the SPECIAL ENTRY FEES are not included in the prizes.

FORMAT: 3SS, G/90, U.S. Chess Federation Rated ADVANCE ENTRY: Mail in fee and entry form, postmarked by 1/14/2008 and save $5. BYES: Limit of one 1/2-point bye, available for any missed round, specified with entry.

AT SITE REGISTRATION: 9:00am to 9:30am ROUND TIMES: 10:00am, 1:30pm and 4:45pm SECTIONS: Entries, where possible, will be divided at Class borders into sections having a minimum of 8 players. PRIZES: 2000 & up -1st $110, 2nd $60, Class A -1st $100, Class B -1st $90, Class C -1st $80, U1400 -1st $70, 2nd $50 ENTRY FEES: $27 in advance. Must be postmarked by 1/14/2008, $32 at the door.

SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: Titled Masters of any kind, and New and unrated U.S.C.F. members, $5 postmarked by January 14th. New and unrated players are not eligible for prizes. E.F. DISCOUNTS: $2 less to W.M.C.A. members. $2 off can not be used in combination with any SPECIAL ENTRY FEE. ALL PayPal ENTRIES: Add $1 and send to: cadcamsv@bellatlantic.net by January 17th.
