A couple months ago, I published a story about a 10 year old girl, Sharanya Iyengar, from Kenya representing her country in the 2012 Istanbul Chess Olympiad.

Here is her performance at the recently concluded chess Olympiad.

1) She played on board 4 for Kenya and secured 6 points from 10 games (4 Wins, 4 Draws and 2 Losses).

2) She achieved title of WCM for achieving 50% score in the total games played.

3) Was undefeated in the last 6 games she played.

Congratulations to Sharanya!
