In connection with the upcoming Women’s World Chess Championship 2015 Russian Chess Federation would like to inform you on the following.
1. Official Hotel of the Championship
Grand Hotel Polyana in Sochi is the official hotel of the Championship.
The price for a single room per day is the following:
SINGLE, Full Board – 8 250 RUB
In case a participant wants to share a room with an accompanying person the extra-charge will be 4 500 RUB (Full Board), thus the price is the following:
DOUBLE, Full Board – 12 750 RUB
2. Transfer
Transfer from Adler airport, Sochi, to the hotel will be provided by the organisers.
In order to arrange the transfer please send the following information to RCF official e-mail russiachess@gmail.com or to RCF Secretary Department e-mail ks@ruchess.ru:
– Name of the arriving person
– Flight number
– City of departure
– Date of arrival
– Time of arrival
3. Accreditation of participants
RCF is responsible for participants’ accreditation arrangement. Please send photos of the participants to RCF official e-mail: russiachess@gmail.com or to RCF Secretary Department e-mail: ks@ruchess.ru.
