Interested in the psychology of this one! With a title of ‘Middlegame chess tactic’, first thing I noticed was c6 being attacked by all white’s pieces. Then I noticed Qh4+.
If it had been titled ‘5 second tactic’ or some such, probably would have homed in on Qh4+ immediately.
