Who would have predicted a 0-2 start for Levon? Carlsen is somewhat less flashy than Kasparov used to be, but maybe even more deadly.
Nakamura hung tough a Pawn down v. Vladi, but lost the thread in the Queen ending.
Both the drawn games in round 2 showed a lot of spirit. Vishy was very lucky against McShane. Jones tried to slug it out with Judit toe to toe, but almost dared too much.
A good round. So far, this is an excellent tournament.
