Diamond Shakoor (OH) scored a perfect 7-0 to win the SPNO Primary Section, a Dell Laptop, a Digital Clock and an invitation to the 2009 SP National Invitational for Girls at Texas Tech University (July 26-31) in Lubbock, Texas.
