Here’s my try:
1. Ng5 Bd5
2. Ne4+ Kc6 (Ke6? Nc7+)
3. Ke5 …
now if black plays Ba2/g8 then Nc3/f6 followed by Be4+ rescuing a knight. If 3… Bb3 then Be8+ Kb7 Nc5+ and if 3…Bc4 then Nd2 followed by Be4+/e8+
Hope it’s somewhere near to the solution.
1.Ng5 Kc6 what then?
The right first move looks like Be8 – it keeps the K from going after the N at a8, and white will eventually be able to give check with his free knight. So Black has to move the pawn. Then it becomes a matter of blockading the pawn and winning it while exchanging a N for the B. Then there’s the matter of mating with B+N vs. K.
The black treat ist Bd5 or Kc6/Kb7 winning the knight on a8
If White can save his knight or exchange a knight against the bishop, he’s done.
So 1.Be4/Be8 Bd5 does not help.
1.Nf2!
