Well….I only looked at it for a second and the normal
Ke7 Kd8 Kc7 is the obvious reply to the previous move suggestion so it’s not as simple as that.
That’s why its a puzzle!

b6 is a key square for a pawn an c5, so white wins. It doesn’t matter where black king is, or whose move it is.

Anon 5:49 – After 1.Kc4 Ke7 2.Kb5 Kd8 3.Kb6 Kd7, White wins with either 4.Kb7 or 4.c6+.
Clear win for white. Just moe the king via c4 to b5 and one of the key squares will become accessible.
