This is Leo Battesti, organizer of the prestigious annual Corsica Chess event. Chess players in his area went from under 200 to over 4,000 in a short time after he implemented out of the box ideas instead of the traditional programs that do not work. Now he is introduces chess to TV and a number of major channels are interested in broadcasting it.
