Belle partie!
La finale est instructive.
Le champion du monde abandonne en jouant Kg5 (sans le lacher!) …
pourquoi?
Dg6+ puis Df6+ avec échange des dames et gain!
Ivanchuk Fan N°1969
Nakamura will prevail.
I’ll be super happy if Naka won, but just as happy if Ivanchuk won (he’s just as much fun to watch). I just don’t want Anand to win it.
Hi Susan Polgar,
Well, its a good chess feast, when top players play against themselves, good & interesting for the sport.
By the by – “Anand” has all ability to out class the skills exhibited by other players so for ,at the same time,”Anand” will never underestimates his opponent players,at any point of time.
“Anand” has his own strategy to quench the title.
Having said all this “Anand” is a well balanced Human being & very much sportive towards sport.
Conclusively,”Anand” has all ability to win this tournament.

To Anon ‘I just don’t want Anand to win it’
Hey! you racist pig! May the best man at this tournament win! That’s all there is to it! Get it?.
Dude. I’m not racist! I just think his chess isn’t as exciting as the others…can’t someone have an opinion without being attacked?! Anand has experience and deserves to be current World Champion. I just prefer the games of Morozevich or Ivanchuk or Naka. You need to take a chill pill fanboy–just because I’d prefer to see the old-but-exciting Ivanchuk win, or one of the two great young guns, or even the super-underdog, which would be a shocker, doesn’t mean I’m a racist! Aronian’s playing well, but he too just doesn’t have quite the pizazz of Naka, Chucky, and Magnus. I prefer exciting chess to classic greats and great defenders…..I prefer Marshall, Chigorin, Keres, Joe Gallagher, etc., to the Karpov and an Anands–it has NOTHING to do with where they came from or their skin color or gender.
By the way, though I posted my two comments anonymously, I’ll post this one with my name. I wouldn’t want anyone thinking I was ashamed for supporting the more exciting players (and the underdog) over the older, but wiser Anand. Sheesh.
Ok Joe, your explanations accepted.
