I think 1.Qb7 with backrank mate threats is unstoppable. Took me a little longer than 5 seconds to find.

On second glance, my first glance was clearly wrong. The idea was correct, trying to lure the Black queen away from guarding e8. But Bd6 is met simply by Re8.
On second glance, Qb7!! is a sure shot winner!

Threatening both Qxd7 and Qxc8+ and black can’t defend both without being deflected and allow deadly e8.
