Angola: Great Master Viktor Bologan Wins Cuca Chess Tournament

Luanda — The great master Viktor Bologan, from Moldavia, won Thursday the Cuca Cup international chess tournament, by defeating the Brazilian Alexandre Fier, ANGOP has learnt.

In nine rounds, the winner got eight points, four more than his main rival, Sergey Titiakov of Holland.

The winner received 5.000 dollars, the second one USD 4.000 and the third, L’Ami Erwin (Holland), 6,5 points, got 3,000 dollars.
