I agree with Anonymous. 1.Nf5 wins. (White threatens 2.Qh2+ and 3.Qg3+ followed by 4. Qg7 mate.)

Nf5 to clear the h file for the queen definitely wins. Amazing technique here…

That is not everything. The combination of the two threats Qh2+ and Rh7+ is the clue here, of course.
