Your prediction?
Carlsen – Karjakin > quick draw
Ivanchuk wins.
I agree. Quick draw. Carlsen is not in a fighting mood lately. Probably tired and he’s already won.
Carlsen is not in fighting mood lately? Yesterday he again played a 80 moves marathon. He will be very motivated today, and so will Karjakin, so they will fight!
Karjakin – Carlsen
4 draws
3 wins of Karjakin
2 wins of Carlsen
I hope Carlsen win and equalize the score
I agree with the first anon- it should be a draw between Carlsen and Karjakin, while Ivanchuk should win his game- so that both Carlsen and Ivanchuk will have virtual ratings within a point of each other.
I would think Karjakin will want to fight. He probably feels Carlsen is stealing his thunder as a young player and Karjakin should want to show he is as good or better than Magnus. A win for Krajakin would move him up closer to Carlsen’s final score.
For Magnus this is his opportunity to put a few extra points onto his elo for the July list. A perfect time to add a touch of psychology to his reputation. That means throw fear into the hearts of his opponents.
GO MAGNUS GO.
draw draw draw lol
Need to draw a bottle of Orange Juice into that picture.
