No. On 3. h3 Black has 3…Qe4, when White probably has nothing better than perpetual check starting with 4. Rc8+. Better is 1. Rxh7+! Qxh7 2. Qxb8+ Qg8 (otherwise White gets a nice initiative starting with 3. Rxb2, threatening 4. Rb7+) 3. Rxb2 and White gains a decisive material advantage.

i do not see any “thunder storm” at all – simply:
1.Qf2! and black will loose a piece or gettin’ mated
1.qf2 bxb8?? (or any other move not to protect f6)
2.qf6+ qg7
3.qxg7#

1…qf8
2.qxc2 and the knight on b2 lives in a danger
