1. Qxf8+ Kxf8 2. Bh6+ Kg8 (2. .. Bg7 3. Re8#) 3. Re8+ Qf8 4.
Rxf8#
1.Bf1!! with the idea of redeploying the bishop to g2.

2. Bh6 Kg8 (Bh7 3.Re8#)
3. Re8 Qf8
4. Rf8#
Qxf8 and it mate coming after kxf8 bh6 kg8 re8check and qf8 rxf8 mate

Qxf8…Kxf8 Bh6 wins
Tactics, not strategy. The bishop d3 is totally irrelevant here. In fact, even without this bishop, White wins straightforward. How?

2.Bh6+
3.Re8+ and if black played 2…Kg8
4.Rxf8#
I believe the winning move is – B-f4.
A myriad of variations may follow, but in this situation Black cannot protect both his Queen & King. In the end Black loses.
Qxf8 and the rest is easy…
