Webster University chess coach Polgar takes on ‘Fox & Friends’
Susan Polgar, chess grandmaster and World and Olympiad champion, took on the hosts of “Fox & Friends” on Monday morning ahead of the 2013 College Chess “Final Four” to be held April 5-7 in Rockville, Md.
Polgar, chess coach at Webster University, will lead her team to the Final Four as the top-ranked collegiate chess team in the nation.
Polgar and her Susan Polgar Institute for Chess Excellence relocated in June last year to Webster University from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
This morning’s abbreviated match against three Fox News broadcasters was declared a draw.
“It took three of us to square off against you,” Co-Anchor Steve Doocy said to Polgar. “You’re a real good sport.”

The show was funny. Great for chess.
