I do not think Danailov will take this seriously. His lawyers know the FIDE Anti-Cheating rules were not properly formed, failing to hold quorum in Tromso. Kirsan tried to invent this by his Presidential Board, and will run into the Swiss justice system again (CAS) on the matter.
