| Italian Championship for boys and girls Under 16 |

The city of Porretta Thermae, a thermal center in the Region Emilia Romagna, not far from Bologna, hosted last week the Italian championship for boys and girls Under 16.
It was a great success, with 805 players.
The winners Under 8: Lorenzo Della Peruta (Biella); Female, Marianna Raccanello (Torino) Under 10: Andrea Iannello (Messina); Female, Chiara Giovagnetti (Ancona) Under 12: Francesco Rambaldi (Milano); Female, Tea Gueci (Chieti) Under 14: Lorenzo Pescatore (Pescara); Female, Laura Gueci (Chieti) Under 16: Simone De Filomeno (Prato); Female, Daniela Movileanu (Roma) The winners will play the world junior championship in Brasile next Novembre, while the players classified at the second rank will play the European junior championship in Bulgaria next September.
