I recently saw this game online between a former U.S. Women’s Champion (White) and an amateur (Black). It is Black to move. White has space disadvantage but all White’s pawns are out of reach of the Black’s Bishop. Black has an edge with space and has a pair of passed pawns but bad pawns on the Queenside. Which side is better?. Which side would you pick? What should be Black’s plan? Play this out with the Black pieces against your computer or friend and see if you can win it.

I would bring my king to f5 via g5, my rook to the h-file, and then push the g-pawn.
Kamalakanta
Concur to Kamalakanta, looks like a decent plan. From f5 the black king (a) protects the own bishop, (b) prevents the white king from getting to g6, blocking white’s pawns, (c) supports the further advance of his pawns and (d) frees the h-file for its own rook. This simply must be winning…

“Black is up a pawn” ?
I count 5 white and 5 black pawns.
Is the diagram correct?
