FIDE Congress 17. – 25. November 2008
The annual FIDE Congress will this year, on the occasion of the 38th Chess Olympiad Dresden 2008, be held at the Olympiad playing venue
International Congress Center (ICD)Ostra-Ufer 2, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
From 16 to 26 November 2008 more than 200 delegates and representatives of the FIDE member federations are expected to attend the meetings of the General Assembly and the Commissions and Committees.

Languages
English will be the official language of the Congress. At the General Assembly translations from and into Russian and Spanish are available.
Registration
Participants of the Congress will be registered by their federations using the online database at http://www.dresden2008.org/english/fed/login.php All delegates are asked to register before 12 September 2008.
Accommodation
The official Congress hotel will be the Westin Bellevue Dresden, situated on the Neustadt side of the Elbe, within walking distance to the Altstadt city center.
I guess Goichberg should fly to Dresden for the FIDE Congress and offer his personal bid for Kamsky.

I think you should support the players of your country, but above all an honestly and fairly organized match in neutral location for Kamsky-Topalov. Instead of it you were showing your public disagreements with the US Chess Federation President, and this last is not important now.
