I moved the other way, my first instinct was 1 … Ne2+, but what if 2. Kh1 Nxc1 3. Bxc1
There only seems to be an exchange in it. Somehow, the position after 1. … Nf3+ 2 Qxf3 Rxd2 feels better to me. White’s queenside pawns are goners.
Yes, 1. …Ne2 is the stronger move since 2. ….Rxd2 is now more forcing as the white queen is now under attack and white has no time to support the knight with a move like 3.Rce1.
I also was first attracted by 1. …Nxf3- probably a winning move, but wins less material.
Looks easy. 1…. Nxf3+ followed by 2…. Rxd2
What if
1. …. Ne2+
2. Qxe2 Rxd2
3. Qxd2 Bxe3+
4. Qxe3 Qxe3+
I now feel 1…. Ne2+ is a better move. It proves to show that my first instinct is always wrong.

1,,,, Ne2+ 2.Kh1 Rxd2
