I guess it will be Carlsen, Caruana, Karjakin or Giri on top. All prodigees. Nakamura has no bloodlines to be included with these royally gifted players.

With the addition of So, I think that you are right about the next several years. All young, near the top (yes, Carlsen is already at the top) and getting better.
Nakamura will be #1 by the end of the year.
By the end of century when Anand, Kramnik, Aronian, Carlsen and the rest of good players retires.
It will be 1. Carlsen 2. Giri 3. So 4. Caruana 5. Karjakin 99. Nakamura

Nakamura gained 3 points after losing to Carlsen twice.? This must be a misprint.
Given Carlsen’s rating compared to everyone else, a loss to Carlsen doesn’t cost anyone very much in terms of rating.

Crownless king of chess to be #1? His majesty king Nakamura has no talent to attain this coveted title.
