This is a general question for all the readers of this blog. Does anyone know how I can modify / delete some of the blog labels? I made some typos with the blog labels and I do not know how to get rid of them / modify them.

I don’t know, I am very sorry.
Click on edit posts and select the post (item) you wish to edit; at the bottom of the text box you will note a small box containing the labels for that post.
Remove the label you wish to delete and publish the item again. I realize there are several types of blogs and the procedure outlined above may not be helpful.
