Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Pelletier is clearly out of sorts right from game 1 where he gifted the game to Carlsen. It’s gonna be a long tunnel for him I’m afraid.
Carlsen will crush Alekseev. I bet $1 that Carlsen will win the tourney.
Carlsen will be glad to win the tournament, it’s not at all certain this is the case while everyone takes it for granted and look at rating lists only. Perhaps Ivanchuk will be 2nd sooner.
Don’t think Alekseev is a beginner. He can win Biel and it would not be a surprise for me. Russian chess stays at a level you always must consider best in the world!
okay
you’re so wise, dad!
Thank you, son
okay 🙂
