Maybe there is also hope as far as Kramnik and Topalov are concerned – in one or two decades?
Korchnoi appears to be on his way to closing his eyes forever.
He is a chess treasure.
There’s a kind of camaraderie in these things that’s hard to explain. These two shared some of the most difficult experiences of their lives with each other. Nobody else except people who have played for the title really understands what the other one went through.
