I can’t imagine there is any other winning move here but Qa7 attacking the knight and threatening a double check with Bd5. I don’t see a good reply for white, but I don’t have time this evening to take a closer look.
It prevents white from queening the pawn , due Bd5 double check. Italso attacks the N , which is presently stopping black from playing the immediate Bd5.

Qa7! seems to be the move to see. Half of the instructive part is I don’t see it for a while.
1… Qa7 2.Kf8 Qb8+ 3.Kf7 Qf4+ 4.Kg6 Be4+ 5.Kh5 Qf7+
1. .. Qa7 2.Kg6 Be4+ at once; if 2.Kf6 Qd4+ 3.Kg6 Be4+ and now black can take either knight or pawn depending on whites move
1. .. Qa7 2.Nf5 Bd5++ 3.Kf6 Qf7 4.Ke5 Ka2 and then attacking the knight with Bd6 could win
1.Qa7 (If 1…g8=Q 2.Bd5(dis+) Wins the Queen)
1…K any 2.Qa8 Wins.
Q a7 looks good, because the pawn can not queen – black has the double check.
… Q-a7
threatening …. B-d5+ if P-n8/Q
Black has a winning advantage e.g.,
K-f8, Q-c5+
and either K-e1 or K-f7 are met by Qxe3+
