Venkatesapalani Thangavelu [ In short “Venky” India – Chennai ]
Hi Susan Polgar,
Thanks a lot for the great commentaries during the games, always interesting and entertaining! I hope we will see you and your colleagues in future tournaments!
The organization was great. However, I am a little bit disappointed by the closing ceremony. It was a bit messy and I feel that it was more a political advertising for the Chief Minister than a closing ceremony for a chess championship.
The previous closing ceremony (Anand – Guelfand in 2012) was better organized : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbWeXkeeeEc
A part from that, the organization was very good and I hope that the next world championships will follow this example.
Best regards
