Rather old men I would say, except for Naka though. I wonder if USCF rate International tournaments. If so Onischuk would face a serious drop after his recent miserable results.

Funny that the USCF ratings are all considerably higher than FIDE ratings.
Christiansen, Nakamura, and Yasser are all American players in that they are a product of the American chess scene. Where you are born is irrelevant, as is race and creed and sex (as far as chess goes).
Well, the palce of birth sure does not matter, how you grow up, however, sure does. And I simply assume that at least Nakamura and Seirawan had not the classical American youth. So to some extent it does matter in what environment you grow up…
Yasser was a regular American kid (first hand observation). Nak I assume too. Evidence to the contrary?
