1.R(d)xb4 Ka3(If 1…axb4 2.Ra1+ and black loses his R on a7)2.Rb7 RxR(If Black moves his R away White plays Ra1#) 3.RxR winning with the idea of giving up his R for the a-pawn,Winning the f-pan d advancing his f-pawn
I can’t see how black could get it better than: 1. Rxb4 axb4 (Ka3 Rb7 Ra6 is also hopeless, but perhaps lasting a little longer) 2. Ra1+ Kb3 3. Rxa7 Kc2 4. Kf4 b3 (only idea here) 5. Kxf5 b2 6. Rb7 b1=Q+ 7. Rxb1 Kxb1 8. Ke4 and white’s f-pawn queens.
“1. Rdxb4 axb4 (Ka3 Rb7 Ra6 is also hopeless, but perhaps lasting a little longer)”
Of course the side variation here would last shorter: 3. Ra1#. Shorter is also 1. Rdxb4 Ka3 2. Rb7 Rxb7 3. Rxb7 and black king is stuck in front of his pawn and can do nothing, or 1. Rdxb4 Ka3 2. Rb7 Ka2 3. Rxa7 Kxb1 4. Rxa5.
A simple pseudosacrifice seems sufficient:
1. Rdb4 ab4
2. Ra1 skewers the king and rook.
Black of course will win the rook back by advancing the b-pawn, but while he is doing so, white will mop up the king side and win.

2. Ra1+ Kany
3. Rxa7
greets, jan
Rdxb4+
Finished!
My first idea was:
1. Kf4? Rf7
2. Rd5
picking the f-pawn.
But in that line black’s free a-pawn looks very strong.
Here is something much better though:
1. Rdxb4+
and the bishop is lost, since retaking looses rook:
1. … axb4
2. Ra1+ Kb3
3. Rxa7
1. R4:b4+ ab 2. Ra1+ wins easily
1. Rdxb4+ axb4
2. Ra1+
Wins the Black rook and the game.
Nice one

7. Rxb1 Kxb1
8. Ke4
and white’s f-pawn queens.
Looks like white wins a piece.
1.Rdxb4+
If 1…ab
2.Ra1+ wins the black rook.
I could see a stupid comment from myself:
“1. Rdxb4 axb4 (Ka3 Rb7 Ra6 is also hopeless, but perhaps lasting a little longer)”
