1. Rg6 seems obvious. The threat 2. Rh6# forces 1. -, Kh7. The move 2. Bg8+?! looks strong but 2. -, Rxg8 (forced) 3. Rxg8, Nxf5 gives black some chances to hold.
Better is the tempo winning move 2. Rg7+!, Kh8 (Kh6?? 3. R1g6#) 3. Bg8, [4. Rh7# forces:] Rxg8 4. Rxg8+ (now this is with check!), Kh7 5. R1g7+, Kh6 6. Rxe7 [7. Rh8# forces:], Nxf5 7. Re6 and white’s position should be won easily as at least one other pawn falls.
Have I overseen any better line or any black defense?
And as usual I have overseen something… dooh. Thanks poster number 3 for adding 1. -, Nxf5. You’re right, I missed this one. 2. Be4! and 2. Be6! seem to be both possible forcing Kh7 and now 3. b4! which is a better order than playing 2. b4?! giving black time to sacrifize the exchange with Rxd5! (in addition: if black plays 2. -, Rc7? here only 3. Be6! wins immediately as 3. Be4?! e6! defends for (at least) some time). I slightly prefer Be4 as it looks more aggressive for playing for mate. Is there any other big difference?

Jochen, Rg6 Kh7 Bg8+ Rxg8 Rh6# 🙂
it may be worth mentioning that Nxf5 in reply to Rg6 fails to Be4
1.Rg6 Kh7
(1…Nf5 2.Be6 Kh7 3.b4 +-)
2.Rg7+ Kh8
3.Bg8 wins at least the exchange
1 Rg6 Nxf5 2 b4 Rc7 3 Be6 wins

TwinFeats: What about Kxh6.?
