Pure hucksterism us at odds with the values of chess! Perry epitomizes all that needs improvement in our country, and shows the ignorance and arrogance that lead to lost positions…on and off the chess board!
Spice is nice! But any association with Gov. Perry diminishes the luster of the organization! Perry’s non-empirical, visceral, anti-science, and regressive values are anathema to the reputation of chess!
