I used an engine. If you can solve this in 60 seconds you are a very good player!
So simple:
1. Rxh6 gxh6
2. Qe5+ Kg8
3. Bd5+ Rf7
4. Qxc3 and next White will take Bxf7 with a rook up.
I have to admit I cannot just solve it not in 60 seconds but not in a much longer turn, too.
1. Rh6?? (Qxf2+) and 1. Qf5?! (g6) are both looking nice at the first glance but then…
What about 1. Rf6!?
If black’s rook moves or Q defends the rook with Qa3 2. Rxh6 is possible.
1. -, Rxf6?? 2. Qe8+ is simple.
1. -, g6?? 2. Rxf8+, Bxf8 3. Qe5+ (Bg7 4. Qb8+)
Best seems to be 1. -, gxf6 2. Qxh6, Rf7 (forced). Now 3. Bxh7 looks strong but is it already over?
White has different interesting ideas e.g. after 3. -, Qa3 (Bb1+ was threated) 4. Rd1 or 4. Bg6 5. Bxf7+ 6. Rd1 and it seems white wins at least another pawn…
But this is not a 60 second problem solution.
There must be something stronger… but I do not see it. Hmmm.

1. Rxh6 Qxf2+ is 0-1 and 1.Qf5 g6 and then what?
So: 1. Rf6! If 1.-gxf6 2. Qxh6 Rf7 3.Bxh7 and black is totally lost. Threat is Bb1+ so Queen must move, but then Be4+ Kg8 and Bd5.
Other than 1.-gxf6 is much easier to see is hopeless.
1.Rf6 Rxf6 2. Qe8+ and mate next
1.-Rd8 etc 2. Rxh6
1.-g6 2.Rxf8+ Bxf8 3.Qe5+ Bg7 (Kf8 Bf5#) 4. Qe8+ and mate next.

Nope, I didn’t get it at all. I liked Rxh6 but that’s not it either. I could’ve easily spent 10min on such a nice puzzle. Solve in 60 seconds
