Reply to Anon 5:24PM: Kramnik missed a mat in one in what some call the blunder of the century. I think it’s not that unusual to see GMs blunder or play incorrect lines.
I’d been voting for Bxc5 instead of Nxc5. Same idea (Rxc5 2. Qd4) Is there an important difference?
As black needs not to take back on c5 I’d prefer the more active looking Bxc5 (opening up the rooks line) for the following game (with just one pawn up where black still can fight!)!?
Only thing I can see is N:c5 Followed by Qd4
I knew i wasn’t going to sleep tonight! 😀
How could Judit miss Nxc5?
I think it’s Nxc5 followed by Qd4.

Garry K. makes the best blunder face. Ever!
