The Working group currently managing Montenegro Chess Federation proposes a subject for the Agenda for 2014 FIDE General Assembly in Tromso, 11-14 August 2014: Information about the European Youth Chess Championship, Budva 2013.
The reason for this proposal is a non-transparent manner in which the Championship was organized, resulting in a police investigation which is currently in progress. We consider this topic to be of very high importance and are willing to inform the delegates about details of the case.
