There will be two closed tournaments held in Dublin between the 20th and 30th of August (see details at http://www.icu.ie/articles/display.php?id=261) There is a vacancy at the IM-norm tournament – the organisers are seeking a foreign player with a FIDE rating of 2325 of higher.
