Argentina, Perú, Guatemala, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, México, Venezuela and Colombia will participate in the 2010 Pan American chess games. It is an event with two groups – U20 Open and U20 Girls that is taking place May 20 – 26 in Cali, Columbia.

The winners of the compitition will receive the IM and WIM titles and the right to play in the World Junior Chess Championship in Chotowa, Poland.
