I believe black is won after 1…Bf5 2. Kf4 Bc2 the rook is trapped and the the kingside pawns will triumph. if the king successfully defends the 2 pawns for black then black will have the tempo to go after whites rook.
First thing I noticed was that Bf5+ then Bc2 effectively shuts out the rook.
1. Bf5+ Ke3 2. Bc2 Kf4
I didn’t calculate much, but after quick glance I have the idea of perhaps sacrifing the h and g pawn pair to distract the White King, while Black’s King make his way towards the trapped rook.
IMO sacrifing the rook for the bishop doesn’t work as then Black can promote quickly enough and use the new queen to stop the pawn. Neither will sacrificing the rook for the black passer work.
Bear in mind that this idea is not supported by detailed analysis.

Just move forward.
What if white holds the opposition?

Oh, and I’m of the opinion that Black is completely winning.
