Its not a surprise….its just really neat to see Carlsen coming into his own the past few tourneys.
This win against Topalov reminded me of the grinding dow as Black he did of Kramnik last month. He’s not in a hurry and just keeps playing. I remember another guy (unfortunatly gone now) who used to trot out the Alekhine on occasion …..I think he’s got a huge future.
Good t see a new star like that. Really nice to see.
