More King and Pawn endgame chess, endgame, puzzle White to move. Is this a win or draw for White? Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Yes, Kh5
Kh5 looks natural
Easy win for white. Stay in opposition all the way across the board. Push black into the corner, take over c7, and munch the pawns.
Win for white.
The black king is unable to prevent either white pawn from promotion.

Should be a draw
I think the answer is Kh5 … and is a very simple victory for white.

White wins with Kh3
Sorry SS Quah but Kh3 is draw, only Kh5 wins.
what happens if Kg5?
1.Kg5 Kg7!
Sorry Kh5 is not the only winning move.
1.b6 any black K move
2.b7 any black K move
3.b8=Q any black king move
and white wins assuming avoids stalemate
Sorry therookery, but the move “1.b6” is illegal due to article 3.7a of the Laws of Chess: The pawn may move forward to the unoccupied square immediately in front of it on the same file.
1.Kg5,Kg7 2.Kf5,Kf7 3.Ke5,Ke7 4.Kd5,Kd7 5.Ke5,Ke7=
But
1.Kh5,Kg7 2.Kg5,Kf7 3.Kf5,Ke7 4.Ke5,Kd7 5.Kd5,Kc7 6.Ke6,Kc8 7.Kd6,Kb7 8.Kd7,Kb8 9.Kc6,Ka7 10.Kc7+-
My apologies. I only now see the two black pawns in front of the white pawns.
Those dark green squares are troublesome. I wish they were not used as blacks pieces are very difficult to see.
Thank you for pointing them out.
