    The rook at g3 is an easy prey

    1.Qxg3+ Kg5 (taking the Queen loses to Rxg4#)
    2.Qe5+ Kg6 (other checks by Queen such as at g4, f4 give more space to the Black King, Kh4 loses to Rxg4#)
    3.Rxg4+ Kh7
    4.Qe4+ Kh8
    5.Qe8+ Kh7
    6.Rg7#
