It’s a complete spanking!
Great game by Ljubo! Theoretical novelty, refuting Rybka, Modern Chess Openings et al?
Is Gligoric Ljubo’s second there? He use to be 40 years or so ago his second.
Wow, Ljubo is on fire. Something went terribly astray for Nakamura in the openingthough it was really great to see how he continued to fight. Clearly this year’s Experience vs. Youth is extremely entertaining.
Ljubo was once a top ten player and so he deserves some respect.
‘Ljubo was once a top ten player and so he deserves some respect.’
Who is not giving him respect? He’s more well known in the world of chess than Naka or many others, anyway. He speaks many languages and has more novelties than all others together.
That was ugly. White looked lost on move 10.
