When blogging live, always rememember that you are the light shining in women’s chess. There are only two lights in the chess sky, at least in the english-speaking world of chess. Your star is bright. Keep it that way.
Bright star, would I were stedfast as thou art– Not in lone splendour hung aloft the night And watching, with eternal lids apart, Like nature’s patient, sleepless Eremite, The moving waters at their priestlike task Of pure ablution round earth’s human shores, Or gazing on the new soft-fallen mask Of snow upon the mountains and the moors– No–yet still stedfast, still unchangeable, Pillow’d upon my fair love’s ripening breast, To feel for ever its soft fall and swell, Awake for ever in a sweet unrest, Still, still to hear her tender-taken breath, And so live ever–or else swoon to death.
For people who will watch at the same time with server clients or web chess applets: At least two more broadcasters have announced that they will transmit without delay now, ICC and DGT. I am not sure but it is possible that DGT (the sensor board company) provides the transmission for several chess sites, which would mean there are even more real live now.
(I used Playchess, FICS or chessok.com, which were live already for games 1-3.)
The World Championship match where Viswanathan Anand (India) will defends his World title against Vladimir Kramnik (Russia) will now take place in Bonn, Germany. The match will consist of twelve games, played under classical time controls, in the period from October 14 to October 30, 2008. If there is a tie at the end of these games a tiebreak will be played on November 02, 2008. The prize fund, which will be split equally between the players, is 1,5 million Euro including taxes and FIDE licensee fees. The reigning and undisputed World Champion Anand won his title in September 2007 at the World Championship tournament in Mexico City . Kramnik, who was undefeated in his three world championship matches, became second in this double round robin event. The organizer of the World Championship 2008 is Universal Event Promotion (UEP), which is located in Dortmund (Germany) and has received all rights for the event from FIDE. The main sponsors of the World Championship are Evonik Industries and Gazprom. The match consists of twelve games, played under classical time controls: 120 minutes for the first 40 moves, 60 minutes for the next 20 moves and then 15 minutes for the rest of the game plus an additional 30 seconds per move starting from move 61.

I love FIDE. Thay are an organization with all countries together as one, holding hands and kissing on public holidays.
USCF can learn from FIDE about humanly love. And also how to respect women in chess.
Is there still aparthate in South Africa?
Where’s the commentary? They started already! White is better according to Rybka!!

By not delaying the games live, the players have an opportunity to cheat using modern technological advancements.
FIDE bans cheating and promotes fairness and unity.
With more russians and ameraicans in FIDE we will emerge as the biggest sport ever.
