Nice one. Didn’t take me too much time to find the solution as I was lucky to look at the right move first. Took me some more time (not too much either) to see why 1. Rg3+?? or 1. Rg4+?? do not work.
Ano 6 is almost right. The correct answer is written down here but it is given next to a wrong answer. 🙂
This one is cute. I will not give the solution here this time as the first posters should correct themselves.
Neither Rg3+ nor Rg4+ seem right as black can sacrifice the queen (either Qf3 or Qe4): if the bishop takes the white rook can not move to the a-file whereas capturing the queen with the rook would give black enough time to unravel.
Thus, 1.Rg6+! looks like the best move in this position: if the rook from b8 moves to b7 it is mate on the back rank, on the other black rook’s move it is mate on the a-file and interpolating with the queen would only defer the inevitable by one move.
Either Rg3+ or Rg4+. If …Rab7, Ra4/a3+ Qa5 Rxa5#, and if …Rbb7, then Rg8+ Qc8 Rxc8#
1. Rg4 or Rg6+ Rbb2
2. Rg8+ Qf8 or Qc8
3. RxQ#
if 1. … Rab2
2. Ra4 or Ra6+ Qa5
3. RxQ#
rg4 is correct?
7.24 seconds
Rg3 +.. depends on which rook blocks .. check to the respective rank or file..
No correct answer so far.
1.Rg6+ (only move) and mate in two
1.Rg3+ Qf3! 0r 1.Rg4+ Qe4! and the result is draw
Nice one.

Rg3+ and Rg4+
Fail to respectively Qf3 and Qe4,
Because of that Rg6+ Is the only good one. (Black can’t answer Qc6.)
So:
Rg6+ Qf3
Bxf3+ Rbb7 (Rab7 Ra6#)
Rg8#
Did I mis something here?
It has to be Rg6+ Nothing else mates.
1. Rg3? Qf3!!
2. Bxf3 =
1. Rg4? Qe4!!
2. Bxe4 =
1. Rg6!! +-
1. Rg6 is the correct answer.
Any other the queen can intercept bishop action.
Only Rg6 can still access the a-file or the back rank if the queen is sacrificed to block the bishop check for one move.
Very clever puzzle. Took me about 30 seconds to eliminate one possibility after the other.
