Playing around like that with titles and names just makes you ill.
I mean, what would Mr. Anand say when sees that ‘Kosteniuk is the New World Champion’??
None of the titles above are correct and FIDE needs to fire a lot of people in te nearest of futures.

FIDE has several world championship titles. Men’s, woman’s, and more. Winning any of these makes you a world champion.
There is nothing wrong with saying Kosteniuk is the new world champion. She is.
