If we take the standards of the 1978 world championship match (karpov-korchnoi) the playing conditions are not tolerable. one player sits higher than the other one… that definitely justifies a protest to the chief arbiter… besides: do we know if one player received a yoghurt during the game and what colour the yoghurt was…?
black is winning
realy?!!
white “h” pawn is lost and endgame is easy for blacks.
Kf2 saves the pawn, if white is to move.
Kf2 is useless, Rf4 is possible and Zugwang is coming after few moves.

h5 before Rf4 is better and winning.
Fritz9, right or wrong says:
IF TOMMY’S TURN:
1. Ph4h5 ph7h6 (-.9/15)
IF LEEAM’S TURN:
1. … rf5f8
2. Ph4h5 (-1.4/15)
Therefore, it seems in the White-to-move case, that Fritz9 does not want Black’s rook blocked from rows 7 & 8 by the Black ph7.
